About Your Mask
WE TAKE SAFETY SERIOUSLY.
For the protection of our customers and designers, our team adheres to all CDC guidelines and recommendations. Our staff has completed certified training on safe and clean work spaces. Special precautions are made to ensure that products are well maintained in disinfected environments.
MASK FABRICATION
All masks are made to order.
The masks photographed are property of the company and were handled for promotional purposes only. These masks are stored by our company and will never be sold to customers.
All masks are fabricated using at least two (2) layers. Most masks have three (3) layers.
Filters for masks are not provided. Nose support clips may be sold separately.
Please note that pattern placement may vary based on the cut of fabric. Stitching and design may slightly vary. Adjustable toggles may differ based on availability.
Custom orders are made following receipt of paid invoice. For time sensitive orders, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all order information and invoices are completed upon receipt. Delays in customer response time and payment of invoice may result in your order not arriving to your address by your requested due date. Sew & Suture cannot make guarantees on behalf of shipping entities, such as USPS.
MASK CARE
Masks are washable and reusable. Masks should be gently washed in cold water.
For total cloth masks (no added graphics or logos), consider hand washing masks. Reversible masks should be washed prior to wearing on opposite side. Gently tumble or air dry masks before use.
For masks with graphics, turn mask inside out and wash separately from other clothes. Use color safe detergent. Remove promptly from water. Tumble dry on lowest heat. Allowing the mask to soak in water may result in damage.
Threads are washable. Consider removing from mask, handwash, and air dry.
Usage of heat may result in product damage. If mask must be ironed, consider using lowest iron setting of your preference. Do not iron directly on graphics.
